These terms govern your access to courses aiming to improve tech confidence and reduce online risks (the Courses), as well as any info materials and physical items offered by digitalsavvy.

3. Services

3.1 Live Courses and Workshops

Our live sessions include interactive training with real-time guidance. Enrolment grants you access to scheduled live classes and related materials.

3.2 Digital Info Products

This category includes downloadable guides, recorded sessions, templates, and other digital resources accessible upon purchase.

3.3 Physical Goods

We may offer printed workbooks, branded items, or hardware kits designed to complement our training programs.

4. Fee Payment and Scheduling

All fees are due in advance of service delivery or access to materials. Course schedules will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability. To request a change, contact us at least 7 days before the original date via contact form.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to guarantee satisfaction. The following outlines our refund guidelines:

5.1 Live Courses and Workshops

If you request a refund at least 7 days before the session start, we will process a full refund. Requests made less than 7 days before the start are not eligible for a refund, as preparation work has been completed. Alternatively, you may transfer your enrolment to a future session at no extra cost if space permits and notice is provided 3 days in advance.

5.2 Digital Info Products

Due to immediate access, refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase and prior to downloading or streaming. After access begins, no refund will be granted since the content is fully delivered.

5.3 Physical Goods

You may send back unused items within 30 days of delivery at your own expense. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Once the shipment you send back is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the product cost, excluding shipping charges, within 14 days of receipt.

6. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our site. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Geneva.
